Medical tourism in India to grow by 30 pc by 2015: V2 Motion Pictures

V2 Motion Pictures Thursday said that medical tourism sector in Indian is expected to grow by 30% making it a $2 million industry by 2015.

“Around 1,50,000 people travel to India every year for health treatment, spawning a colossal industry of today. We are expecting a growth of 30% in the industry by 2015,” Vishal Salhotra ,Managing Director, V2 Motion Pictures said.

To bring forth the right knowledge in Medical Tourism, company is organising a seminar ‘UNLOCK’ on 15th January, which ‘aims to create an ecosystem of like-minded people who feel the need to redefine the ecosystem of Medical Tourism and also bind together direct and indirect players in this genre’.
